September 25, 2010  Art for Life

This juried, invitational event is a biannual fundraiser of the Columbus Aids Task Force, showcasing the best of Columbus' artists.  My selected work, "Fall Harvest", will be part of the September 25 auction chaired by Gordon Gee at Sullivant Hall on the campus of The Ohio State University. It is a 39" x 56" oil on canvas painting, retail value $5000.00.

August 14 - October 30, 2010 Zanesville Juried Exhibition

Two paintings have been accepted into the 66th annual juried exhibition at the Zanesville Museum of Art. The show opens Saturday, August 14, and runs through October 30. There are 77 works of art in the exhibition, representing 42 cities across Ohio.

An invitational exhibit celebrating the dedication of the new gallery at The Works, Ohio Center for History, Art & Technology, in Newark, Ohio.

September 2006, The Road to Malabar

A comprehensive exhibit featuring oil paintings created over a one year period. This body of work concentrated on both Malabar Farm, as well as the journey to reach this destination. The show was presented in the newly completed equestrian barn at Kussmaul Farm in Alexandria, Ohio. Over 300 guests enjoyed an evening of fine wine and food surrounded by the tranquil farmland.

July 2005, My Hometown

A painting featuring the artist's wife and daughters was chosen as the official image to commemorate Granville's bicentennial. A juried exhibition was held at the historic Bryn Du Mansion, where the painting was displayed.
